Our Process

Phase 1: Discovery

To get started, we'll send you a questionnaire to help us understand your goals and needs for your website. We'll also have a conversation to discuss any specific features you require and gather photos, logins, and updated copy.

Timing: 1 week

Phase 2: Design

In this phase, we'll begin redesigning your website to meet your specific requirements. Your website will display a "New website coming soon" landing page while we work on the redesign.

Timing: 2 weeks

Phase 3: Revision

We'll send you the redesigned website for review and make any edits you request to the text, photos, and flow of the site.

Timing: 1 week

Phase 4: Publish & Training

Once the website is approved, we'll publish it and provide training on how to make minor edits such as text and photo changes. Contact us for monthly website maintenance pricing. If you choose an SEO package, we'll start working on that too.
